BUILT ON SELF-DETERMINATION, NUMBULWAR NUMBURINDI ARTS (NNA) IS A COLLECTIVE OF ARTISTS WHOSE MISSION IS TO KEEP CULTURE STRONG.

NNA is a community-owned art centre representing around 50 Numburindi artists based at Numbulwar, NT.

Since 2019, NNA has become known for its unique fibre art, incorporating ghost nets and other reclaimed materials.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Art Centre Manager to join our team on a full-time, ongoing basis.

THE ROLE

The Art Centre Manager oversees art centre operations and is responsible for ensuring its sustainable and strategic growth. This hands-on role encompasses the management of key relationships, sourcing new opportunities, maintaining good financial and administrative procedures while upholding and promoting the artistic and cultural integrity of the art centre. The Art Centre Manager also oversees a small team based in Numbulwar.

The successful candidate will be based in Katherine, with monthly visits to Numbulwar. The role also entails regular travel to exhibitions, events and art fairs nationally and internationally.
